Wooden Train Track Expansion (52 pcs)
This set of mixed pieces of wooden track has a smooth natural finish and is easily assembled/disassembled by both children & adults. I LOVE that its compatible with our LILLABO set from the big Swedish store so we can make even bigger & more intricate builds. High quality & great value; this will be loved for many years to come.
Very nicely made. The track fits in and is functional with our other track. The price was great. I love the assortment of curves included in the box. My grandson loves it!
I ordered this wooden train track set for my son's collection. This set includes a nice variety of sizes and with 52 pieces would be enough to make a fun track on its own. These are compatible with our Orbrium branded track. The pieces lay flat and are easy to put together and take apart. We have other SainSmart Jr. wooden train track sets that we love so I was a little disappointed in the finishing of these pieces as they aren't sanded smooth at the cutouts. However, they work just fine and my kids don't care what they look like so overall for the price this is a nice expansion set or starter set.
Great set of train pieces, especially for the price. They are completely compatible with the Brio pieces we already had, but there were so few of the Brio pieces that came with the set we had that the kids couldn't do much creatively. There are many different track configurations you can make with all these pieces and that's really changed how often they play trains now. The wood quality isn't as nice as Brio, but in my opinion for what the kids are using them for it doesn't need to be. (In my photo, this listing piece is on top, a brio brand piece is on bottom). They are still sanded and we've had no issues with splinters. Another difference is this listing pieces are one-sided while Brio pieces are double sided, but that really isn't much of an issue for us at least.
Wood and everything is fine, but the switch pieces are all the same, so you can reconnect splits like in the picture. Need a mix of 2 male/1 female and 2 female/1 male curves. The long straight pieces are also only 1 sided. Departing a return since the ability to connect a big build doesn't exist.
