Return & Refund Policy

At SainSmart, we realize how difficult it is to order merchandise on-line, especially for first time buyers. Without actually seeing the goods in front of you, you're never really sure if you're buying exactly what you want. That's why we offer our customers guaranteed satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it.

1. Not 100% satisfied - 14 DAYS LIMITED WARRANTY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items for a full refund. Please be advised customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

2. Defective item - 90 DAYS WARRANTY GUARANTEE
If the item is defective within 90 days, please contact our customer service team at <>, we will offer a replacement or full refund.


Standard Return Policy

1. Items purchased from SainSmart can be returned for refund, store credit or exchange within 45 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them as noted.

2. Only items that have been purchased directly from SainSmart can be returned to through website channel. Products purchased through other channels must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

3. All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return. We are unable to refund shipping costs. 

How To Return An Item

Email us firstly for the return address before sending back any items. We will help you to choose the best courier. For assistance, please contact us at Monday-Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM, Eastern Time.

How Long To Get A Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled as long as they have not been processed - usually the next business day. Please contact us by email to see if your order has not yet been processed and can still be canceled. Pre-orders and back-orders can be canceled any time up until the item is in stock and your order has been processed.
